About Us

Gestalt Education is a continuing education community aimed at providing seamless integration of the best evidence-informed practices in the manual therapy, rehabilitation, and athletic training worlds. We will accomplish this integration by hosting and providing continuing education seminars involving a variety of ideas and instructors from around the world. In turn, we strive to create a community of chiropractors, physical therapists, athletic trainers, personal trainers, and office staff who are striving to be the best in the world in their areas of expertise.

Dr. Brett Winchester

Dr. Brett Winchester is the co-founder of Gestalt Education and the owner of Winchester Spine and Sport in Troy, MO. Dr. Winchester was the team Chiropractor for the St. Louis Cardinals for several years and travels the world teaching manual therapy and rehabilitation skills to physicians. Dr. Winchester is an international instructor for Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and is on the board of Directors for the Motion Palpation Institute (MPI). In his spare time, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife Cheri and his kids, Grace & Wade water skiing or reading.

Dr. Taylor Premer

Dr. Taylor Premer is the co-founder of Gestalt Education and a Chiropractic Physician at Winchester Spine and Sport in Troy, MO. Dr. Premer was the president of the Motion Palpation Club at CUKC where he fell in love with teaching and learning manual/rehabilitative skills. Dr. Premer is a certified DNS exercise trainer and is versed in a multitude of manual and rehabilitative techniques including MDT, Functional Soft Tissue/Taping, Dry Needling, and neurodynamics. Dr. Premer has positioned himself as the go-to for getting high school athletes back on the playing field, especially in the acute ankle sprain injury. Him and his wife Taylor enjoy exploring new coffee shops or traveling to new destinations in their free time.
